Letter from Allan Murphy from North Shelby BC in Birmingham, AL about their upcoming trip to Curacao:
Hey to you!
There are 14 of us going to Curaçao, June 26-July 3. We are going the week ahead of VBS to set up another shelter roof on the side of the Eman house near the kitchen. We will also work with Emma to get things ready.
We will do a project for Caroline van Romondt, setting up her counseling area under a tree, using paving stones and gravel.
We will also lead a revival at El-Bethel, and English-speaking Evangelical Alliance Church.
We have a family of four (husband, wife, teenage daughter and third-grade daughter); my wife; and nine men other than the husband/dad already mentioned. The men include me, two teenage boys, a 23 year old single guy, and the rest. I feel very good about the group. We got round-trip Delta tickets for $549 each.
