Flooding at Abundante Gracia Iglesia
Hurricane Tomas flooded Curacao and our friends at Abundant Grace Church when it passed by to the north. Here are some pictures. We've asked how we can help. Watch for details. Darien
We had a lot of rain again yesterday, and we are about to get a double whami of north affects from Thomas, and South from Venezuela we also have a system heading our way. We are totally saturated already and had already a desasterer flood. People are paniking and many already lost almost all their possesions. Please pray. I never can hear the sea from where I live, but already I hear the roaring of the waves beating our south coast. We never had rivers, but we have rivers now..... . Pray that the barrier we put at our church will keep it from flooding again. Also pray for me. I have about 28 teenagers in my home for Emily"s farewell party. Pray they will all be in their homes before it starts to rain.
